#9 Activation of node-locked license fails.

When activating a node-locked license from URL(WebDepot) for license activation, the following error message may appear.

If you receive such a message, the CmActLicense may be invalid or broken. Please refer to #14 CmActLicense is invalid.for the problems of CmActLicense.

If this is not the case of CmActLicense, please contact our support with the CodeMeter log files.
