#14 CmActLicense is invalid.

If the sensor model cannot be loaded or the node-locked license cannot be activated, it is suspected that the CmActLicense is invalid.

If the CmActLicense is invalid, the "Status" of the relevant CmActLicense in the CodeMeter Control Center will appear as "Activation Invalid" as shown in the figure below.

If the CmActLicense is invalid, there may be cases where recovery is possible or not, so please check the CodeMeter system log first. Please refer to #17 How to get CodeMeter logs required during support.about log files.

Check the CmDust log of the Codemeter's system log, and if the following error is observed, it may indicate that WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) is not functioning properly. Please refer to #15 ”Error Source: WMI” is displayed on CmDust log.for the problems of WMI.
