#18 Sensor Model cannot used on Windows Server OS.

The Sensor Model is not supported on Windows Server OS. Please use a verified operating system listed in the setup manual. When using the Sensor Model on Windows Server OS, please use it at your own risk.
When using the Sensor Model on Windows Server OS, the usage varies depending on the type of license:
 

* For Cloud License: The Sensor Model cannot be accessed remotely, such as through remote desktop applications. Please access the machine via local access.

* For On-Premises License: The Sensor Model with a floating license can be used via remote access, but it is not possible with a node-locked license. Please access the machine via local access. Otherwise you need to change the license type from node-locked to floating to use remote access. Please contact support for assistance.
